Welcome to Troop142 of the  Rio Grande Council, Arroyo District.

We are located in Harlingen, Texas.  Our troop is sponsored by the St. Paul Lutheran church.
 
The troop has been a great success with great parental involvement and excellent leadership.  We have 15 scouts and 8 leaders, we meet weekly Monday nights from 7PM to 8:30PM at the St Paul's Church recreation building.
